For clarity, we wanted to provide an update regarding our arrangements during the ongoing uncertainty during the Coronavirus outbreak.
We are closely following the guidance issued by the Government in order to minimise the risks to our employees and clients and support their efforts to reduce the risk of the spread of the infection.
As such, and in line with our Business Continuity Plan, along with many other office-based businesses we have decided to temporarily close our offices commencing Monday 23rd March 2020.
Given our business is largely internet based we are able to work from home remotely as efficiently as if we were in the office so our clients will notice no change in service levels.
Clearly, face to face meetings are more of an issue. As we already regularly have Google Hangout meetings with many of our clients and suppliers we will utilise this practice in order to meet ‘virtually’ during the coming weeks and will ensure that all communication is as regular and effective as usual.
Please be assured that we are making every effort to keep our staff, clients and their families as safe as possible, but for now, it is business as usual.
