Our Managing Director, Justine Perry, is a qualified Digital Marketing Consultant with over 25 years’ sales & marketing experience. Whilst employed by Associated Newspapers for 17 years, she managed prestigious brands such as The Evening Standard, Loot and many subsidiary websites and magazines within the Daily Mail Group.

Seeking to redress her work/life balance, in 2007 she moved on to become General Manager of a local global software company. Having gained invaluable small business management experience, in 2009 Justine found it was time to realise her dream and Cariad Marketing was established.

Cariad Marketing’s objectives are clear. To make big company thinking, marketing innovation and skills accessible to the SME market in Hertfordshire. Put simply: Big company talent. Small company prices.

An experienced all-rounder, Justine’s marketing superpowers include inbound marketing, SEO, social media and digital strategy.

When she’s not working, Justine is to be found spending time with her family, walking her dogs, enjoying music or chilling at the spa.
