It was an evening of celebration at the annual Hertford Entrepreneurs Network Growth Award this week as Cariad Marketing’s MD, Justine Perry picked up the winner’s award against strong competition.
In the beautiful surroundings of Hertford Castle, the three entrepreneurs; Cariad Marketing, Close Parent and Lance James presented to a panel of judges at the special event which recognises the outstanding growth of a local business.
Since starting the business in 2009 around her kitchen table, Justine Perry has built Cariad Marketing into an award-winning digital marketing agency with ten employees and growing. At the heart of the brand is Cariad’s customers, and the importance of delivering outstanding service through a team of passionate and professional individuals. During the award ceremony Justine announced her plans to spend the winner’s cheque on developing staff through further training.
