It was a fantastic evening at the FSB Herts Awards at the beautiful Manor of Groves in Sawbridgeworth last night as Cariad Marketing scooped the award for Training & Development along with two runner-up accolades for Entrepreneur of the Year for our very own founder Justine Perry and East Herts Business of the Year.
The FSB Herts Awards serves to recognise determination, hard-work and achievement from companies across the county in 15 categories including: district business of the year titles in East Herts, Stevenage, Broxbourne and St Albans.
With a team that’s continuing to expand as a result of an ever-growing client base Training and Development has become an integral part of the foundations of Cariad Marketing; not just in the up-skilling of team members but additionally to provide new digital marketing services and areas of expertise to our clients.
In the last two months alone Cariad Marketing have become certified Google Partners after four members of the team passed their Google Analytics and Google AdWords exam. In addition all members of staff are currently enrolled on training courses which serve to enhance employee relations and increase efficiency by recognising individual triggers that ignite productivity and development.
