JPA has been operating for over 40 years and specialises in supplying office and educational furniture. They state that their passion for sustainability is what drives them forward, and aim to use as little landfill as possible and to use as many recyclable products in their production process.
4) Phil Holt & Son Timber Contractors
Phil Holt established his business in 1976. It soon became clear that his product of firewood for log burners and wood burning stoves was in demand and his business began to flourish and grow. They now have a four acre log facility in Harpenden where they store and process their timber.
Beales Hotels is a family run business that was founded in 1769. Over the past 200 years it has developed from a bakery to a group of fine and award-winning hotels. Picketts are a family butchers based in Hertford. They have gained an excellent reputation in Hertfordshire for supplying businesses, caterers and restaurants as well as local consumers.
