Following on from the launch of their #powerof657 campaign, to deliver 657 Muscle Dreams to children and young people, the charity’s CEO Michael McGrath and all of the Muscle Warriors are challenging you to #outmuscleme.
If you think you’ve got what it takes, all you need to do is upload a photo of yourself on Twitter striking your best muscle pose and include #outmuscleme. If you think you can out muscle a friend or family member, challenge them to do the same – don’t forget to include #outmuscleme so we can see all your muscles!
